Based on sprouts, nut & seed butters, plant-based milks (which we will prepare for a fraction of the cost, and with a minimum packaging footprint), we will perform several delicious vegetarian, vegan, naturally gluten-free as well as raw recipes. We will share tips for everyday cooking and impressing your guests. This 4-hour workshop is focused on health and nutrition, inspired by seasonal, easy to access and low-footprint food preparation that will help you fortify your health and gain some food independence lost in today’s over-consumptive world. Once you master these you will always want to create your own nutritional spreads, drinks and meals.
