This is the first of two branches of this vegan and raw restaurant, which offers dishes such as raw svickova and even raw Pad Thai, as well as daily lunch menus. Where possible, ingredients are sourced from organic farms in the Czech Republic that the owner knows personally, and they even have their own botanist with gardens around Prague. The goal is to give people an option free of sugar, white flour, junk food, pesticides and other chemicals, which can cause health problems.
