Bio Letna sells a small but carefully picked selection of organic and local vegetables, fruits, dairy products, packaged food products and household products. Fruits and vegetables come from a small and organically run farm in East Bohemia. The owners make a point of choosing all 2500 products in the shop themselves, using two main criteria: 1) a good relationship with the supplier and 2) good ingredients with a known origin (as far as possible).
“The shop was started 7 years ago by my wife, who was always interested in bio food. At that time it was difficult to find good food in Prague. We met in the shop — I was a customer!
