Terms and conditions

FULL TEXT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Greenglasses websites, represented by Aneta Hebrová, IČ 01592858 registered in the Trade Register maintained by the Municipal Office in Kralupy nad Vltavou. 

  1. Preliminary provisions
    1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the advertising of the events portal Greenglasses, represented by Aneta Hebrová, IČ 01592858, registered in the Trade Register maintained by the Municipal Office in Kralupy nad Vltavou (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), adjusted in accordance with § 1751 paragraph. 1 of Law no. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter the “Civil Code”) mutual rights and obligations of the parties arising in connection with or pursuant to the purchase agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) concluded between the Seller and another individual or legal entity (hereinafter the “Buyer”) through the website Greenglasses. Advertisements for events are run by the Seller on the website located on the Internet at www.greenglasses.cz (the “Website”), through a website interface (hereinafter referred to as “Web-based commerce”).
    2. Provisions diverging from commercial terms can be agreed upon in the sales contract. Divergent arrangements in the contract shall prevail over the terms of trade.
    3. Provisions of the conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract. The purchase contract and the terms and conditions are written in Czech. The purchase agreement may be concluded in the Czech or English language.
    4. The Business Conditions may be amended by the Seller. This provision shall not affect the rights and obligations arising after the effective period of the previous version of business conditions.
  2. User account
    1. Based on the registration of the Buyer on the website of the Seller, the Buyer can access their user interface. From his/her user interface the Buyer can order services (the “Services”).
    2. Access to a user account is secured by a username and password. The Buyer is obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding information necessary to access his/her account.
    3. The Buyer acknowledges that the user account may not be available at all times, especially with regard to the necessary maintenance of hardware and software by  the Seller or third parties.
  3. Purchase contract
    1. All presentations of services located on the web interface of the shop are intended for informative purposes.
    2. The web interface provides information about services, including the price of each service. Prices for services remain in force as long as they are displayed in the web interface. This provision does not limit the Seller to conclude a purchase contract under individually negotiated conditions.
    3. The Seller is not registered for value added tax (VAT) and is not subject to VAT.
  4. Price and Terms of Payment Services
    1. The Buyer can pay the price of the service through the portal Gopay.cz. Unit price for publishing the event is 100 CZK.
    2. Following the registration of the Buyer on the website of the Seller, the Buyer can access their user interface. From their user interface, the Buyer can order services (the “Services”).
  5. Complaints conditions
    1. The Buyer acknowledges that pursuant to § 1837 of the Civil Code, they can not withdraw from the contract for the supply of services which were ordered by completing the form.
    2. The Seller is responsible that the service is available. In case of unavailable, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller at the electronic address gg@greenglasses.cz and service will be repaired within 48 hours.
    3. The Seller is not responsible for any short-term server downtime or exceptional technical adjustments.
  6. Privacy
    1. Privacy of the Buyer who is a natural person is provided by Act no. 101/2000 Coll., On Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
    2. The Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data: email, name, address (hereinafter collectively referred to as “personal data”).
    3. The Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the Seller, for the purpose of realization of the rights and obligations arising from trade or from the terms of the purchase contract and for keeping his/her user account. The Buyer also has the optionto agree to the processing of personal data by the Seller for the purpose of sending commercial messages and information to the Buyer.
    4. The Buyer acknowledges that he/she is obliged to provide personal data (for registration, user account, and when ordering from the web interface of the shop) correctly and truthfully. For processing of personal data, the Seller may appoint a third party as a processor.
    5. The Buyer confirms that the personal information they provide is accurate and that he/she was advised that it is voluntarily provided personal information.
  7. Sending commercial messages
    1. The Buyer agrees to receive commercial messages on the electronic address (email) of the Buyer under the Civil Code 380/2004.
  8. Final Provisions
    1. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions becomes invalid or ineffective, a provision whose meaning is closes to the invalid provision should instead be used. The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
